Communication in paper has been going on for centuries since paper is discovered but the paperless concept has been going on just for a couple of decades even before internet has become a common tool at homes or outside the homes.
In reality, paper communication is at times reflected as over communication or communication of frivolous information. In greening the earth, today excutives often see any form of paper as an evil and as a thing that should be eliminated.
By itself, paper is not evil.
On the contrary, extreme use or meaningless use of paper should be considered as a target of abuse in view of the worldwide efforts of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Thus, the generation of paper and hence its cost is surely not going to help the greening efforts.
Paper costs are regularly being incurred throughout the process from purchase requisitions to purchase orders to delivery orders. Paper costs of this nature of use is not stopping here but in fact, expand to the areas of accounting and finance. Computers and Online Shopping
In spite of the profound old proverb "Prediction is difficult, particularly when it pertains to the future", this post touches on the computer and the computer-related online shopping. Buyers may be may find this useful.
Optimists view the presence of greater freedom and individuality with the use of computers for online shopping.
Greater efficiency and greater effectiveness through online shopping will provide increased standard of living, a smaller cost spent before shopping, a shorter time spent before shopping and an increase in leisure time.
Putting aside the age-old attitudes toward shopping will be a challenge when buyers learn to use the computers to make creative free time they will have in the future.

A Portuguese term, "Meliora Hic Sequamur" which means "Here, we strive for better things" is the motto for a school in Melaka, The Malacca High School. Similarly, the school has chosen the word, "Optimist" as the name for its annual magazine.
